




Job Summary: The professional will greet customers, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, manage calendars, process payments, and handle documents. Key Highlights: 1. Development of organizational and communication skills **RECEPTIONIST POSITION \- Two shifts available: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM** **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers (students and models) in a friendly and efficient manner; * Schedule classes and model sessions both in person and via phone or WhatsApp; * Answer and forward phone calls, take and relay messages; * Manage calendar and confirm appointments; * Receive payments and perform daily cash closing; * Create and maintain updated spreadsheets (Excel); * Send and reply to e\-mails. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, e\-mail, spreadsheets); * Prior experience in this field is a plus. **Important:** **Must reside in or have easy access to the São Mateus area — SP.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$1\.640,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you live near São Mateus — SP? * Which neighborhood?
