Screen and route calls, emails, and messages. Manage meeting room schedules and support internal events. Control incoming and outgoing mail and documents. Assist with administrative tasks: filing, registrations, simple spreadsheets. Provide support to different departments for ad-hoc administrative requests. Maintain organization of the reception area and common spaces. Perform tasks typical of an Administrative Assistant role. Position located in Recife / PE.
