Job Summary: Receptionist position at a polyclinic, focused on virtual service, appointment scheduling, authorizations, and team support, with leadership responsibilities and clinic opening duties. Our goal is to offer humane and efficient care to all patients. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the virtual service section (Platform, chat, WhatsApp). Manages staff in this area. Handles in-person appointment scheduling, as well as patient authorizations, cancellations, and rescheduling. Manages clinical schedules. Responds humanely to patient complaints via e-mail. Provides support to the reception team. Performs backup leadership duties on Saturday shifts. Is one of the staff members responsible for morning clinic opening.
