We are seeking professionals who wish to grow with us and are committed to joining a strong, dedicated team. **Prerequisites:** * Interpersonal skills; * Proactivity; * Commitment to quality standards and professional appearance; * Experience in the hospitality industry; * Efficiency; * Organization; * Communication. **Responsibilities** * Perform **check-in and check-out** efficiently, courteously, and in accordance with service standards. * Attend to guests, providing information and resolving their requests. * Enter, update, and maintain guest data and information in the system. * Monitor reservations, room availability, and individual guest needs. * Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby, ensuring an excellent first impression. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best guest experience. * Monitor guest requests to ensure satisfaction and well-being. * Comply with operational procedures, internal policies, and standards. **Requirements:** * Experience in reception or customer service (preferred). * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Organizational ability, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus. * Availability to work on rotating shifts.
