Job Description We are seeking a **Head Butler** to join our team at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. The role entails leading butler operations, ensuring memorable and highly personalized guest experiences aligned with Fairmont’s standards of excellence, sophistication, and hospitality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead, develop, and supervise the Butler team, ensuring service excellence; * Deliver personalized service and exclusive experiences for VIP guests and suite occupants; * Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing warm, discreet, and sophisticated service; * Coordinate special requests, amenities, celebrations, and personalized experiences during guest stays; * Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations departments to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence; * Uphold brand standards and procedures, maintaining high quality and attention to detail; * Support resolution of guest-related issues and identify opportunities for enhancing the guest experience; * Conduct training and promote continuous team development, reinforcing a culture of luxury hospitality. Qualifications* Experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in leadership roles within Butlering, Guest Relations, or Front Office; * Advanced or fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset; * Service excellence and guest experience orientation; * Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities; * Attention to detail, discretion, and demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment; * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with emphasis on personalization and issue resolution; * Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
