Provides in-person, telephone, and digital customer service. ;**About the position:** The reception desk connects customers and staff, ensuring a seamless experience, organizing workflow, scheduling, and registration, and building customer relationships. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in reception roles at salons, aesthetic clinics, or hospitals * Proficiency in basic computer tools and salon management systems * Skills in WhatsApp Business, email, and social media * Strong typing ability and written/verbal communication skills * Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation * Courtesy, organization, proactivity, and commitment **Main responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and digital customer service * Scheduling and operational workflow management * Cash collection and document issuance * Reception area organization and ambiance management * Conducting customer satisfaction surveys **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.000,00; * Transportation allowance; * Commission or variable bonus after 3 months of experience; **Work Schedule and Location:** * Schedule: To be determined according to shift rotation, with availability for alternate weekends and extended hours on high-demand days. * Location: Adrianópolis, Manaus/AM
