




Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving visitors and handling telephone calls, managing mail, promoting internal events, implementing operational procedures, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer and telephone call reception 2. Mail and goods management 3. Administrative and financial support **\- Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, according to rotating schedules** Receives visitors; answers telephone calls; takes and relays messages; receives mail and goods; promotes internal initiatives and events; implements new procedures; serves students; issues invoices; processes contract cancellation requests; performs collections; correctly enters and maintains up-to-date system information, as well as any other related duties Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$1\.235,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
