Daily responsibilities include appointment scheduling, telephone/WhatsApp customer service, patient reception, payment collection, humanized patient reception, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, dentist schedule management, procedure sales, and lead management. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Qualifications: * Renegotiate with patients, manage leads * Local partnerships * Follow-up * Patient follow-up and return coordination * Appointment Scheduling and Telephone/WhatsApp Customer Service: Experience in appointment booking and strong telephone customer service practices, plus good spelling. * Patient Reception: Reception skills ensuring a pleasant and efficient patient experience. * Mandatory experience in dentistry * WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM IMPORTANT: ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING NEARBY.
