Opportunity to professionally manage routines and resolve incidents. **Reception Team Leader – Afternoon Shift** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a Reception Team Leader for the afternoon shift, responsible for coordinating the team, ensuring excellence in customer service, and guaranteeing smooth reception operations during their shift. This person will serve as the team’s support point and the reference for resolving operational issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the afternoon-shift reception team; * Ensure courteous, agile, and efficient customer service; * Monitor check\-in/check\-out routines, appointments, and service flow; * Resolve incidents, inquiries, and complaints with professional conduct; * Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and service protocols; * Organize and monitor work schedules, breaks, and coverage for absences; * Support training and onboarding of new employees; * Maintain alignment with leadership and other company departments; * Ensure the organization and proper functioning of the reception area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Prior experience in reception and customer service; * Experience leading teams; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Familiarity with customer service and appointment management systems; * Availability for the afternoon shift. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork; * Customer focus and empathy; * Conflict resolution; * Decision-making; * Responsibility and commitment.
