**Data:** May 19, 2026 **Location:** São Paulo, SP **Company:** B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão **About the position** **Position:** Junior Data Analyst – Incident Analytics and Operational Resilience **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication date:** 05/19/26 ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Analyze incident and operational event data in critical environments. * Support incident management and coordination, including major incidents. * Develop analytical and predictive analyses to identify patterns and risks. * Build and monitor KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and incident recurrence. * Translate technical data into clear insights for diverse audiences. ### **Area responsibilities** * Operate and evolve incident processes in regulated environments. * Ensure governance, traceability, and information quality. * Support strategic and operational decision-making through data. * Contribute to operational resilience and service stability. ### **What we expect from you** * Proficiency in Python, SQL, and applied statistics. * Practical experience in incident management and ITIL. * Ability to perform under pressure in highly critical scenarios. * Objective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving focus. ### **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, Elastic, or observability tools. * Knowledge of machine learning, time series analysis, and anomaly detection. * Experience in mission-critical and regulated environments. * Knowledge of SRE, blameless post\-mortem, and incident automation.
