Founded in 2003 by her and Helmer Kaffer, the Institute is located in Campinas, in a building exceeding 400 m², offering ample space for the entire Shalon team to serve clients efficiently and with dedication. **Responsibilities:** * Perform sales to customers, explaining the benefits of products and therapies offered by the facility and clarifying their purpose; * Manage appointments and schedules, making necessary adjustments to prioritize high-quality service; * Maintain organized product display areas and the reception desk, ensuring the environment is always ready to welcome customers; * Answer telephone calls, respond to e-mails, provide accurate information, and record requests; * Maintain active relationships with clients; * Perform additional tasks of similar nature and complexity as those established for this position. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in reception roles; * Experience in sales is a plus. **About the Position:** * Working days: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; * Salary R$ \+ Benefits \+ Commission; * Work location: Av.
