Strong verbal communication skills and professional personal presentation **Job Mission:** Be the customer's first point of contact with the brand, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and organized reception experience while conveying friendliness and professionalism from arrival through to final service delivery and customer care. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers cordially, introduce them to the premises, and explain service procedures; * Manage the waiting queue and monitor reservations; * Direct customers to appropriate tables, departments, or staff members; * Support the customer service team and management in managing public flow; * Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally presented reception area; * Record service-related information and assist with customer satisfaction surveys when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal communication skills and professional personal presentation; * Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred; Preferred Qualifications: \- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Speech-Language Pathology Compensation: Starting at R$1\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
