The professional will play a key role in patient service, appointment scheduling, and supporting daily administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet patients and companions courteously * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based service * Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments in the clinic's calendar * Register and update patient information in the system * Guide patients regarding appointment times, procedures, and clinic operations * Support the organization of the reception area and patient flow * Assist with basic administrative tasks **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Experience in customer service * Proficiency in using computers and appointment management systems * Proactivity and responsibility **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in clinic or healthcare reception * Experience providing service via WhatsApp * Ability to interact effectively with families and children **Desired Profile** We seek a professional with a polished demeanor, empathy in service delivery, and the ability to maintain organization even during peak hours.
