Appointment management and after-sales service. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Receptionist **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Greet clients visiting the unit; Provide customer service in accordance with the service standards of the BotoEsthetic franchise network; Receive and make contact via available channels (telephone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and others); Present available procedure options, explain how they are performed, their benefits, positive outcomes, before-and-after images, pricing, and payment terms, among other information; Clarify any client questions regarding specific procedures; Register new clients in the systems; Schedule and confirm appointments in advance with clients; Notify the technical team of client arrivals; Carry out after-sales actions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Reside in Praia Grande/SP. Completed high school education. Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in aesthetics or healthcare sectors. Proficiency in Excel and Word. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** Experience in aesthetics or healthcare clinics.
