Supporting the clinic's digital presence We are looking for an organized, welcoming, and communicative professional to work at the reception desk of a neurology clinic located in Consolação, São Paulo. Prior experience in medical offices or clinics is essential. **About the role:** \* Welcoming patients with empathy and warmth \* Confirming appointments, managing the schedule, and supporting new patient onboarding \* Providing humane and professional service \* Supporting the clinic's digital presence by engaging simply on social media platforms \* Sending documents, conducting post-consultation follow-ups, and guiding patients \* Collecting testimonials and monitoring basic engagement metrics \* Maintaining an organized, pleasant, and functional reception area **What we seek:** \* Experience in clinics or medical offices \* Strong communication and writing skills \* Emotional intelligence and professional demeanor \* Organization, proactivity, and empathy **Location:** Higienópolis – São Paulo (on-site) **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Scholarship stipend:** R$ 1\.800,00; after gaining experience: R$ 2\.000,00\+ Transportation allowance and meal voucher.
