Collaborate with the team to expedite service and contribute to smooth operational functioning. Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes. Clean and cut food items as instructed by the chef or cook. Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils, countertops, and work areas. Wash dishes, pots, and utensils used in production. Monitor inventory levels of basic supplies and report replenishment needs. Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (ANVISA). Assist in receiving and storing goods, verifying expiration dates. Support other kitchen tasks as required.
