The Florianópolis Eye Hospital (HOF) is a reference in ophthalmological care in Santa Catarina. We are seeking a Reception Assistant to join our team of excellence in vision care. **Qualifications and Responsibilities** Provide in-person and telephone support to patients, assist the medical team whenever necessary, generate health insurance authorization forms, and handle other tasks related to patient service. **Requirements** * Public-facing service experience; * Completed high school education. **Work Schedule and Location** * Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with one weekly day off.
