Assist in the production process: pre-preparation, preparation, and processing of food; plating; cleaning and manual cutting; and operation of equipment (e.g., vegetable peelers, food processors, deli slicers, thermal counters, freezers, refrigerators, mixers, and manual choppers); prepare coffee. Wash pots, utensils, and cutlery; clean and sanitize workstations and external areas (floors, walls, windows, glass panels, furniture), equipment, distribution tables and counters, among others. Remove solid and liquid waste from workstations and dispose of it as recommended. Collaborate with the company to comply with internal occupational accident prevention regulations. Perform and/or ensure that all quality monitoring activities are carried out. Ensure adherence to service and delivery schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, as well as proper storage and control of tools, devices, and equipment.
