Description
**Requirements:**
High school diploma is required, along with at least 12 months of proven customer service experience. Candidates must demonstrate courteous demeanor, professional appearance, and provide documentation of their educational background.
**Responsibilities:**
* Reception and public service activities (patients, family members, companions, visitors, and staff), registration, flow direction, operational guidance, initiation of service, scheduling of appointments and examinations, access control, telephone support, confirmation of procedures, and administrative assistance to employees.

* 6.1. Greet and provide information to the Institute's public;
* 6.2. Direct clients/visitors to respective departments;
* 6.3. Assist in managing employee lockers;
* 6.4. Register clients/visitors in the systems used at the unit;
* 6.5. Demonstrate proficiency in reception and registration systems;
* 6.6. Answer and make internal and external phone calls;
* 6.7. Confirm scheduled appointments and examinations;
* 6.8. Manage and schedule appointment and examination calendars;
* 6.9. Open client service records;
* 6.10. Monitor queues and guide clients regarding waiting rooms and service areas;
* 6.11. Verify and advise on correct completion of forms;
* 6.12. Generate, digitize, and archive documents and forms;
* 6.13. Possess concentration, organizational, communication, ethical conduct, empathy, and respect skills, ensuring warm and empathetic client reception;
* 6.14. Assist in managing client entry flow and journey within the Institute;
* 6.15. Ensure proper access control to Institute facilities;
* 6.16. Interact with and/or mediate between other administrative and clinical departments.

Compensation: Up to R$1.987,00 per month
