Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinic Receptionist for in-person and telephone patient reception, patient admissions, authorization of medical referral forms, and administrative support, ensuring courteous and professional service. Our goal is to provide specialized care and humanized service, reflecting our solid track record and commitment to quality. **Main responsibilities** * In-person and telephone reception of patients * Patient admission, registration, and data verification * Authorization of medical referral forms with health insurance providers * Handling and verification of SADT referral forms * Knowledge and application of the CBHPM fee schedule (procedure codes) * Operation of Unimed’s SOL system – knowledge is a plus * Appointment scheduling, attendance tracking, and administrative support to the medical team * Ensuring courteous, professional service aligned with clinic standards **Mandatory requirements** * Proven experience in clinic or hospital reception involving health insurance providers * Candidates with experience exclusively in public healthcare (SUS) hospitals will not be considered **Preferred qualifications** * Familiarity with Spdata system * Operation of Unimed’s SOL system – knowledge is a plus * Prior experience in orthopedic clinics or other medical specialties **Working hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 7:15 PM * No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays **Compensation and benefits** * Salary: R$ 2.616,35 * Meal allowance: R$ 24.00 per day * Bonus of R$ 12.00 per day, granted to employees who: * Arrive on time * Do not miss work * Do not submit medical certificates * Health insurance plan (Unimed) after 1 year of employment * Full monthly premium paid by the clinic * Co-payment deducted from payroll only upon usage **Ideal profile** We seek a committed, organized individual focused on excellence in service, who values patient interaction and wishes to join a solid, respected clinic with a professional environment.
