




Job Summary: Responsible for operating the cash register, performing suggestive sales, serving customers, and assisting with administrative procedures and internal audits. Key Highlights: 1. Support in internal audits and administrative procedures * Open the cash register using the system login password; identify the point-of-sale station to be used; identify the drawer name; verify the starting cash amount and the availability of printer paper and ink; * Ensure correct collection and payment method, verify that change is accurate, and include the customer's CPF for the São Paulo state fiscal note and fiscal receipt printing; * Perform suggestive sales at the cash register, such as beverages, desserts, and products from current promotional campaigns; * Serve customers by inquiring about their preferred payment methods, following the company's prescribed customer service sequence; * Support the administrative assistant with internal audit procedures and standards; * Assist the manager during cash register closing by counting cash, credit card slips, and separating the float; * Properly conclude the cash register operation by completing the designated report and submitting it for supervisor verification; * Assist the reception desk during colleagues' vacations, days off, or temporary absences; * Carry out cash withdrawals from registers together with the cashier auditor, adhering to internal audit standards; * Ensure daily control of tobacco products assigned to cash registers, jointly with the cashier auditor. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
