The professional will be responsible for daily financial operational activities for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely process execution. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule payments and receipts in ERP systems; * Perform bank scheduling and simple reconciliations; * Provide courteous and efficient service to the public (internal and external clients); * Complete and submit daily financial reports (reports) with up-to-date information; * Support the organization of financial documents and file management; * Assist in executing accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of operational processes. **Requirements:*** Prior experience in financial routines or BPO is a plus; * Knowledge of ERP systems (Omie and others) and banking platforms; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
