Job Summary: A professional to greet customers, provide accurate information, assist in triage, perform registrations, and support result delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and inform customers about examinations and health insurance plans 2. Assist in triage and distribution of service tickets 3. Perform registrations and request authorizations Greet customers courteously and provide accurate information regarding examinations and requirements of health insurance plans or private payment; Assist in triage, control, and distribution of service tickets; Perform registrations, correctly issue examination requisition forms, and request authorizations from health insurance providers and/or plans; Support result delivery. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Previous experience in customer service and the healthcare sector is desirable; Computer literacy. Flexible working hours.
