Prospecting and maintenance of customer portfolio Job Description / Responsibilities: Customer service; Conducting and following up on sales and after-sales to individuals; Providing information via active and responsive telephone service corresponding to the company's coverage area; Prospecting new customers through mailing; Registering customers; Monitoring active and inactive customer portfolios; Maintaining and reactivating customers; Ensuring good customer relationships.
