Job Summary: Professional to handle operational processes, scheduling, customer service, and data entry; must be organized, proactive, and able to multitask. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in import/export/coastal shipping processes 2. Knowledge of port terminals/depots/shipping lines 3. Verbal and written communication skills Generate OST in the Rodopar system; Schedule appointments at port terminals; Send GAE and invoices to customers; Track and upload documents into clients' systems; Assist drivers; Fill in information on the scheduling spreadsheet. Knowledge of import/export/coastal shipping processes; knowledge of port terminals/depots/shipping lines; verbal and written communication skills; organized, proactive, and multitasking professional.
