We are seeking an EAD Partner Relationship Analyst to provide support, monitoring, and strengthening of relationships with distance learning partner poles. We seek a communicative, organized, results-oriented professional capable of ensuring a positive experience for partners and contributing to operational growth. **Key responsibilities:** Provide service and relationship management for EAD partner poles; Monitor operational, academic, and administrative demands from the poles; Provide support and guidance regarding processes, systems, and internal procedures; Support pole development and engagement; Ensure alignment between headquarters and partner poles; Address problems and support pole needs. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Managerial Processes, Pedagogy, or related fields; Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or operational support; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Analytical mindset, well-organized, and skilled in interpersonal relationships. **Benefits** Unimed health insurance plan without co-payment, effective after the probationary period.
