. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define architecture and standards for conversational solutions; * Lead the evolution of the company's virtual assistants; * Provide technical support to multidisciplinary teams; * Conduct performance analysis and propose continuous improvements; * Serve as a subject matter expert in NLU, NLP, GenAI, and conversational automation; * Participate in the implementation and adoption strategy for IBM watsonx Orchestrate; * Evaluate new platform capabilities of IBM watsonx and define the evolution roadmap; * Ensure quality, scalability, observability, and governance of implemented solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid professional experience in developing conversational solutions; * Advanced experience with IBM Watson Assistant (Dialog and Actions); * Experience in corporate virtual assistant architecture; * Strong knowledge of NLU, NLP, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI); * Experience with IBM watsonx; * Participation in initiatives implementing or evolving watsonx Orchestrate; * Advanced knowledge of IBM Cloud; * Experience integrating via APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems; * Hands-on experience monitoring, observing, and governing production bots; * Ability to serve as a technical reference for the team; * Experience designing architectures and defining best practices for conversational solutions; * Knowledge of the strategic evolution of the IBM Watson/watsonx ecosystem and conversational automation initiatives.
