**Responsibilities**
* Receive and dispatch materials from inventory, ensuring physical and documentary verification;
* Assist in picking items according to internal requisitions for events and projects;
* Maintain an organized inventory, ensuring proper identification and storage of items (structural components, decorative elements, tools, and supplies);
* Support periodic inventory counts and assist in updating records in spreadsheets or internal systems;
* Monitor material returns, inspecting condition and reporting any damages;
* Support internal logistics operations (loading/unloading vehicles, moving goods within the warehouse);
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and safeguard company assets.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Technical training or a university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus;
* Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail;
* Problem-solving ability and capacity to make sound decisions;
* Familiarity with inventory management systems.
