**Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM \-1:00 PM to 7:00 PM \-7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Rotating periodically)

* Administer **medications** and monitor vital signs to ensure patient safety.
* Perform **nursing** procedures such as wound dressings, specimen collection, and emergency support.
* Record clinical information using electronic **electronic health record** systems to ensure traceability of care.
* Apply **infection control** protocols to maintain safe hospital environments.
* Assist with patient mobility and hygiene, promoting comfort and preventing complications.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated and personalized care plans.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical processes through quality indicator analysis.
* Educate patients and their families on post\-treatment care to promote adherence and effective recovery.

**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Nursing** or equivalent practical experience.
* Active registration with the **Regional Nursing Council (COREN)**.
* Proficiency in **Portuguese**, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
**?? Technical Competencies**
* Solid experience in **clinical and hospital care**.
* Advanced knowledge of **safety and hygiene protocols** in healthcare.
* Proficiency in electronic **electronic health record** and **patient registration** systems.
* Ability to perform **medication administration** and vital signs monitoring.

* Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
