Responsible for operating and monitoring the factory's utility systems, ensuring continuous and safe supply of essential resources to the production process, such as steam, compressed air, refrigeration, water, and power, thereby guaranteeing proper equipment operation and compliance with quality and food safety standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Operate the company's utility systems, including: * Chillers * Air compressors * Blowers * Refrigeration systems * Generators * Perform mechanical inspections and interventions on equipment * Carry out continuous maintenance and control to ensure safe and efficient system operation * Monitor: * Filter cleaning * Valves * Water pumps * Pressure instruments * Oil level * Pressure gauges and thermostats * Make necessary adjustments and connections on equipment * Ensure proper operational and mechanical functioning of systems **Requirements** -------------- * Completed technical education in Electromechanics, General Mechanics, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role or in industrial utilities; * Knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, and compressors is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
