JDSDEV is seeking a Senior Genexus Software Engineer to join the team of one of our clients and contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Folha Digital product, providing technical input on architectural decisions and ensuring delivery quality. **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- Perform corrective and evolutionary software maintenance; Develop new features with focus on performance and scalability; Support the Product team in designing new solutions and conducting technical feasibility analyses; Provide customer support when required; Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, review, and retrospective); Collaborate with the Product team to track and refine requirements; Validate screens and business rules; Suggest technical and functional improvements; Develop tests in partnership with the QA team; Collaborate with the backend team to execute tasks; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the product and processes. **Mandatory requirements** --------------------------- Experience with payroll software and HR/personnel department management systems; Solid experience developing with Genexus 17 or higher; Knowledge of WWP; Experience with Genexus Web environment; Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and Java; Knowledge of Tomcat; Knowledge of Linux operating system; Knowledge of PostgreSQL database; Experience with payroll rules and processes (mandatory). **Preferred qualifications** ---------------- Experience in agile environments.
