Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating and maintaining SMD insertion machines, ensuring quality in soldering and electronic component assembly processes. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in electronic assembly and soldering processes. 2. Optimization and programming of SMD machines. 3. Preventive maintenance of production equipment. Prepare the Screen Printer to ensure print quality and solder paste viscosity; Adjust the Pick and Place insertion program according to pre\-established coordinates, with prior refinement of the insertion program; Perform visual inspection using the PSP\-7030 microscope prior to reflow; configure heating zones of the reflow oven in accordance with tolerances specified in the solder and component datasheets; perform manual corrections using a soldering station after reflow when necessary; Carry out preventive maintenance on machines per manufacturer guidelines, as well as organization, component addressing, accuracy, and preservation of components relevant to the process; Ensure full functionality of feeders, solder paste, adhesive, stencils, and line devices through proper handling practices; Perform other duties with requirements similar to those established for this position. , Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
