We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to act both strategically and operationally, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and an outstanding work environment for the team. * Manage the restaurant comprehensively (operationally and strategically) * Ensure quality standards in service, products, and operations * Monitor COGS, P&L, and unit performance indicators * Plan staff schedules, lead, and develop the team * Organize opening, closing, and cash reconciliation routines * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Address operational issues and drive continuous improvement Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a restaurant or food service manager/leader * Proficiency in COGS, P&L, and unit management indicators * Experience managing operational teams (scheduling, training, feedback) * Knowledge of opening, closing, and cash reconciliation routines * Strong leadership, organizational, and results-oriented profile * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in restaurant chains, franchises, or high-volume operations * Familiarity with management tools * Prior experience with sales targets and profitability goals * Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields **Benefits** We offer a dynamic environment with autonomy to implement ideas and grow alongside the business.
