Job Summary: Responsible for being the primary point of contact between the client and operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and representing the client's interests internally. Identifying opportunities for process improvement **Mission:** Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and operations, representing the client's interests internally and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Act as the client's "eyes" within operations—monitoring processes, identifying needs, handling requests, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage a personal client portfolio, maintaining close and continuous relationships; * Act as the interface between the client and internal departments (operations, logistics, administration, etc.); * Monitor orders, deliveries, deadlines, and operational incidents; * Handle client requests, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses; * Monitor customer service and service-level (SLA) performance indicators; * Identify opportunities for improving operational and service processes; * Prepare reports and administrative controls related to the client portfolio; * Ensure accurate communication and alignment of client expectations with operations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative and/or logistics areas; * Experience in customer service and portfolio management; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines; * Clear, concise, and professional communication skills; * Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency; * Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve problems efficiently.
