If you have not found a position matching your profile, please share your information and resume in our talent pool, indicating your areas of interest. **Join the Diase team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Quality Management System at construction sites, aligned with internal standards and legal requirements; * Develop, review, and standardize procedures, work instructions, checklists, and operational controls applicable to construction phases; * Conduct process audits and technical inspections on-site, verifying compliance with design documents, technical standards (ABNT/NBRs), and the contractor’s quality standards; * Monitor and guide site teams on correct execution of works, preventing non-conformities and rework; * Coordinate handling of non-conformities—including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions—ensuring proper documentation and resolution; * Oversee technological testing (e.g., concrete, mortar, soil, watertightness, etc.) and ensure test results comply with project requirements; * Support development and updating of Site Quality Plans (SQPs); * Monitor quality performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions; * Evaluate and qualify suppliers and third-party services from technical and quality perspectives; * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions on best construction practices, procedures, and quality culture; * Participate in commissioning, inspections, pre-handover, and technical handover activities, ensuring quality standards are met. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in medium/large-scale construction projects or managing multiple construction sites; * Experience with certifications (e.g., ISO 9001\); * Knowledge of quality tools; * Proficiency in construction and quality management systems. **Additional Information** **Employment Model: PJ (Individual Contractor)** **Availability required in Rio de Janeiro \- RJ** **Working at Diase offers you:** ***Health*** * Life Insurance ***Quality of Life and Well\-Being*** * Totalpass (optional) ***Our Differentiators*** * Welcome Kit to make your first day truly special **In addition...** * Profit Sharing (PLR) — based on pre\-established goals * Internal procedure-based study program * Accommodation * Field Day Off We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
