Enjoy the freedom to propose solutions* **Professional development** *We value your dedication and want you to grow with us* **Making a difference** *Grow with us and change the lives of millions of people* **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage end-to-end projects, from initiation through closure. * Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, and milestones. * Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks. * Coordinate resources and allocate professionals according to project demands. * Prioritize tasks and ensure proper direction of involved teams. * Lead progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. * Monitor performance indicators and project status. * Manage changes and mitigate risks. * Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered outputs. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Support continuous improvement processes related to project management. * Produce executive reports and progress presentations. **Requirements and qualifications** **We expect you to have** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience in project management across all phases—from planning through control and closure. * Experience managing resources and budgets. * Knowledge of predictive and agile project management methodologies. * Experience with project management tools. * Experience in software and/or ERP implementation projects. * Strong planning, monitoring, and organizational skills for projects. * Experience in change management and risk management. * Basic knowledge of information technology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of Information Technology. **It is a plus if you have** * Experience in a formal PMO structure. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Certifications in project management or agile methodologies. * Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar). * Experience with the Lyceum system. * Experience in the education sector. * Knowledge of digital transformation and process management. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additionally, we consider the following competencies important** **We seek a candidate with strong coordination, organization, and project leadership abilities—someone who can adopt a systemic perspective, communicate effectively, focus on results, and balance competing demands, expectations, and diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.** * Negotiation skills, clear communication, and stakeholder management. * Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. **Additional information** Additional information: **Employment type:** CLT **Work modality:** Remote \- with availability for travel.
