Act as the frontend technical reference, leading the development and evolution of digital solutions focused on performance, scalability, and user experience. As a Tech Lead React, you will guide the team in architectural decisions, ensure delivery quality, and promote development best practices—fostering a collaborative, continuously learning, and high-performance environment. What will your day-to-day look like? * Leadership and Mentoring: Align objectives, identify training needs, and ensure the team's technical alignment. * Process Management: Monitor the development lifecycle, mitigate delivery risks, and support project teams with scheduling and estimations. * Technical Excellence: Lead web development, build reusable components, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with Design and Backend teams to implement responsive, accessible, and optimized interfaces. * Continuous Improvement: Identify frontend performance bottlenecks and keep the project updated with industry best practices. For this position, the following are essential: * Solid frontend development experience. * Solid TypeScript experience. * Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, Context API). * Practical experience with the Remix framework. * Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, along with HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS). * Experience with version control tools (Git). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Hands-on experience with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library). * Experience integrating RESTful APIs and DevOps/CI\-CD practices. * Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Figma). You’ll stand out if you: * Have experience with cloud infrastructure tailored for frontend. * Possess experience with end\-to\-end testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright. * Have experience with Micro\-frontends, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture applied to the Frontend. * Master Core Web Vitals concepts, server-side rendering (SSR), progressive hydration, and caching strategies. **Interested in this opportunity?** Then join us in reimagining the future! ✨
