Delphi Programmer

Description

As a Delphi Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing medium- to high-complexity functionalities in systems, contributing to the continuous evolution of products and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables. You will work on creating user interfaces, integrating with databases and APIs, conducting code reviews, and optimizing performance, collaborating to maintain efficient, scalable, and best-practice-aligned solutions; **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement medium- to high-complexity functionalities in Delphi systems; * Create graphical and customized interfaces, ensuring usability and compliance with product requirements; * Perform integrations with databases and APIs; * Serve as a technical reference for specific projects or modules, contributing to delivery quality; * Review code written by other professionals, promoting best practices and development standards; * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in existing systems; * Perform performance optimizations and propose technical and architectural improvements; * Maintain and update technical documentation for systems and modules; * Contribute to defining and disseminating coding standards and software development best practices; * Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement of products and area processes. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of programming logic; * Ability to analyze and solve problems using logical reasoning; * Knowledge of or experience with Delphi development; * Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries; * Knowledge of system-to-system integration and APIs; * Interest in software development best practices and quality assurance. **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields.
