Key responsibilities include: * Governance Leadership: Act as the Procurement Focal Point for Foods categories in Procurement Brazil, ensuring alignment between procurement strategies and business objectives. * Portfolio & Process Management: Lead portfolio process deliverables, facilitating collaboration between Procurement and key stakeholders to optimize efficiencies and innovation. * Project Facilitation & Implementation: Support and enhance the deployment of various tools, acting as a key enabler for project execution and ensuring smooth implementation. * Data-Driven: Provide critical insights through KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and operational reporting, contributing to actionable intelligence for the Global Procurement Team. * Innovation & Productivity Delivery: Ensure timely execution of initiatives that drive innovation and productivity, maximizing business value through structured processes and governance. This position requires cross-functional collaboration, and a results-driven approach to enhance operational excellence and drive continuous improvement. **Your Impact** * Lead Productivity Projects: Drive Foods productivity initiatives across multiple categories ensuring agile execution, timing controls, and structured workflows. * Governance & Performance Monitoring: Oversee and control the Weekly Procurement Foods Governance, ensuring transparent status reporting and issue escalation. * Productivity Management & Execution: Provide full support for 100% of productivity projects, leading weekly governance meetings with cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, KPIs, and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery of results. * Innovation & Productivity Tracking: Monitor and track Foods Innovation & Productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement. * Cross-Functional Synergies: Foster collaboration and build strong relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Transportation, Manufacturing, and other key internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. * Strategic Project Oversight: Drive Procurement Productivity activities forward by maintaining clear tracking of business expectations, identifying improvement opportunities, and leveraging digital solutions and automation to enhance efficiency. * Digital Tools & Reporting: Ensure the daily maintenance and continuous improvement of the Productivity digital agendas. * Stakeholder Integration & Communication: Strengthen synergy between Procurement and stakeholders, optimizing communication flows and aligning diverse perspectives for more effective project execution. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Work Experience: 1-2 years of Procurement experience English – Intermediate Spanish – Intermediate MS PowerPoint and Excel mandatory; Power BI desirable MS Project desirable Capability to work under challenging situations and deliver short-term results in a very dynamic environment.
