About the Role: At Bluesoft, the Process Analyst (Scrum Master) plays a key role in driving efficiency and collaboration across teams, ensuring our deliveries occur with clarity, consistency, and alignment to customer needs. We seek someone who is a facilitator, analytical, communicative, and passionate about creating healthy, collaborative work environments. Key Responsibilities: \- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Retrospective, Review, and Refinement). \- Monitor risks, identify bottlenecks, and support the team in decision-making to maintain delivery flow. \- Track deadlines and requests with teams and involved departments, supporting project management when necessary. \- Provide visibility into performance metrics and indicators (e.g., Lead Time, Throughput, Bugs, Predictability). \- Proactively address critical situations by helping analyze alternatives and sustainable action plans. \- Ensure retrospectives result in practical actions, with assigned owners and ongoing follow-up. \- Maintain and update process documentation, proposing continuous improvements. \- Facilitate alignment among departments (Product, Development, QA, Implementation, and Processes). \- Support onboarding of new team members and organize feedback to strengthen communication and learning. \- Provide root-cause diagnostics and multiple strategic options for resolving critical impediments, ensuring final decisions are informed and effective. \- Act as a challenger and facilitator of improvements, questioning inefficient processes, unrealistic estimates, or decisions that may compromise delivery predictability and quality. \- Spread agile culture, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous evolution. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean fundamentals. * Strong communication, empathy, and group facilitation skills. * Systemic thinking and ability to analyze end-to-end processes. * Organization and discipline in tracking tasks, actions, and metrics. * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, acting as an agent of change. * Desire to build a collaborative, transparent environment that fosters constant learning. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro). * Experience working with software development teams. * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, KSD, KSI or similar). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- YES **Salary:** ------------ $1\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal and/or Food Allowance Totalpass Dental Plan (Porto Seguro) Open English 6-Month Maternity Leave 20-Day Paternity Leave Free Parking Life Insurance Reimbursement for Course and Book Purchases National Health Plan (Amil) SESC Partnership \- Full Membership Transportation Allowance Discounts at Universities (FIAP and USP) Conexa Saúde and Psicologia Viva Childcare Assistance: For children up to 6 years old **Work Location:** ---------------------- BLUESOFT
