We are seeking an SAP Project Manager to work on AMS projects in an international environment. This position is aimed at professionals with some project experience who wish to grow and develop in the SAP field — technical SAP knowledge is ideal but not mandatory. You will be responsible for delivering global projects, working directly with international clients, functional/technical consultants, and executive stakeholders. This includes managing schedules, team time tracking, margin and budget control, risk mitigation, and alignment across teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage SAP AMS projects, ensuring adherence to timeline, scope, cost, and quality * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and partners * Lead executive meetings, status reports, and management presentations in English * Coordinate globally distributed, multidisciplinary teams * Monitor KPIs, risks, action plans, and project governance * Ensure alignment among functional, technical, and business areas * Financially manage the project — forecasting, budgeting, and cost control * Foster close client relationships, pursuing excellence and new opportunities **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree * Advanced or fluent English for daily communication in an international environment * Prior experience in project management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) * Basic understanding of the SAP ecosystem is ideal but not mandatory * Availability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA * Experience in SAP consulting firms * Intermediate Spanish * Familiarity with Supply Chain, IBP, or digital transformation **Behavioral Profile** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership * Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment * Adaptability to work across diverse cultures and global contexts
