If you thrive on challenges, possess an analytical mindset, focus on continuous improvement, and are passionate about developing high-performance teams, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage warehousing, loading, distribution, and fleet operations at the logistics unit, ensuring operational efficiency and quality; * Monitor performance indicators, service levels, productivity, fleet utilization, returns, losses, and damages; * Ensure achievement of operational, budgetary, and strategic objectives established by Grupo Vyas and Ambev; * Monitor delivery and loading operational capacity, ensuring route availability and operational productivity; * Coordinate inventories and stock control, guaranteeing accuracy, product preservation, and container management; * Lead and develop operational, administrative, and leadership teams, promoting engagement, performance, and continuous development; * Ensure execution of People & Management routines, including feedback, performance evaluations, training, and productivity programs; Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal, environmental, labor requirements, and operational excellence programs. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields is considered a plus; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Experience managing teams; * Solid experience in logistics operations management, urban distribution, warehousing, and fleet management; * Advanced Microsoft Office package; Ambev experience is a plus. * **Additional information** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); * Company car; Meal allowance. * **Who are we?** ***Our specialty is shortening distances***—we bring one of the world’s largest beverage brands, Ambev, closer to you through our **wholesale distributors**, **logistics partnerships**, and **franchised stores**.
