**Schedule:** From 07:00 to 13:00, or 13:00 to 19:00, or 19:00 to 07:00 (schedules are rotated periodically)

* Perform **basic nursing procedures** to ensure appropriate patient care.
* Administer medications according to medical prescriptions, using safe **medication techniques**.
* Monitor vital signs and record information in electronic health records to ensure clinical follow-up.
* Assist with **hygiene** and patient comfort procedures, promoting well-being during hospitalization.
* Prepare necessary materials and equipment for medical consultations and procedures.
* Collaborate in organizing and maintaining the hospital environment in accordance with **infection control** standards.

* Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of patient care.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes by applying best practices in **nursing care**.

**Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements**
* Completed technical course in **Nursing Assistant**, or equivalent practical experience.
* Basic knowledge of **first aid** and hospital procedures.
* Availability to work across different shifts.
* Clear and effective communication in **Portuguese**.
**?? Technical Competencies**
* Proficiency in **hygiene and asepsis techniques**.
* Skill in operating basic **monitoring** and **patient support equipment**.
* Knowledge of **clinical data recording and management**.
* Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
