**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** From 07:00 to 13:00, or 13:00 to 19:00, or 19:00 to 07:00 (schedules are rotated periodically) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **?? What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Perform **basic nursing procedures** to ensure appropriate patient care. * Administer medications according to medical prescriptions, using safe **medication techniques**. * Monitor vital signs and record information in electronic health records to ensure clinical follow-up. * Assist with **hygiene** and patient comfort procedures, promoting well-being during hospitalization. * Prepare necessary materials and equipment for medical consultations and procedures. * Collaborate in organizing and maintaining the hospital environment in accordance with **infection control** standards. **?? How You Will Interact and Make an Impact** * Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of patient care. * Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes by applying best practices in **nursing care**. * Educate patients and their families on basic care, promoting health education. * Participate in training sessions and continuing education to enhance technical and humanized competencies. **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Completed technical course in **Nursing Assistant**, or equivalent practical experience. * Basic knowledge of **first aid** and hospital procedures. * Availability to work across different shifts. * Clear and effective communication in **Portuguese**. **?? Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in **hygiene and asepsis techniques**. * Skill in operating basic **monitoring** and **patient support equipment**. * Knowledge of **clinical data recording and management**. * Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. **?? Behavioral Competencies** * Empathy and sensitivity in patient care. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail in clinical routines. * Proactivity and commitment to service quality. **??
