Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst - Mid-Level

We are seeking a Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst to administer, maintain, and evolve corporate environments based on Microsoft technologies. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of infrastructure services, both on\-premises and in the cloud. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and their features across various infrastructures (Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP); * Manage Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, password policies, permissions, audits, replication, and hardening); * Administer and configure DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server, and WSUS; * Perform troubleshooting for network and Microsoft service incidents; * Manage and monitor Hyper\-V resources (virtual machines, disks, snapshots, storage integration, clustering); * Manage and administer Azure (App Services, VDI, AKS, and other services); * Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams; * Manage identities and access via Azure AD / Entra ID, including hybrid authentication (AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access); * Support implementation of improvements, patch management, task automation, and security policies; * Participate in migration, server consolidation, and infrastructure modernization projects; * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and environment diagrams; * Automate tasks using PowerShell; * Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and problems through the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance and service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments and their features; * Knowledge of virtualization with Hyper\-V or VMware; * Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP); * Knowledge of IIS, digital certificates, and reverse proxy; * Familiarity with hybrid environments (on\-premise \+ cloud, especially Microsoft Azure); * Experience with monitoring and incident management tools; * PowerShell scripting skills; * Basic understanding of computer networking; * Basic understanding of information security; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Endpoint Central (EPC); * Experience with SharePoint Server; * Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager; * Experience with migrations to Microsoft 365 or Azure; * Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS\-100, MS\-101, AZ\-104, MCSA, MCSE); * PowerShell knowledge for task automation; * Networking experience (LAN/WAN, VLAN, Firewall, VPN); * Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks; * Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure; * Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform; * Knowledge of Amazon Web Services; * Knowledge of IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible; * Knowledge of Citrix; * Knowledge of NetScaler (Citrix solution); * Knowledge of System Center (SCCM). **Additional Information** **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication and teaching ability when interacting with non\-technical users; * Empathy in customer support, conveying confidence and patience; * Organization and proactivity in logging and tracking tickets; * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies; * Good interpersonal skills; * Creativity; * Teamwork; * Time management and prioritization skills. **Working Hours:** Availability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, and participation in on\-call rotation. **Work Modality:** Remote **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **WHO WE ARE:** We are digital transformation agents, and our mission is to provide specialized consulting services in business solutions, cloud applications, and infrastructure.
