Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for assembling, operating, and inspecting equipment to ensure product quality and compliance, as well as maintaining an organized workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and operation of machines according to work instructions. 2. Conducting visual inspections and quality tests on products. 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the area and equipment. · Assemble and prepare the machine according to work instructions; · Verify and sort materials to be used according to production orders; · Release setup according to production orders and work instructions; · Operate marking devices (e.g., embossing wheel or inkjet); · Inspect markings; · Verify packaging according to production orders; · Perform and record functionality checks of measurement and testing equipment used in the area, where applicable; · Perform voltage testing on products using the Spark\-test, based on values defined in work instructions or production orders. Record results with stamp and signature on the production order; · Conduct visual inspections of products to detect possible nonconformities in finish, marking, etc.; · Identify and segregate nonconforming products according to SGQ 094; · Record production data on form F.0246 and in the designated field of the production order; · Keep applicable measurement equipment clean and maintained (e.g., Spark\-test, caliper, diameter controller); · Identify products according to procedure SGQ 097; · Maintain a clean and organized work area; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.270,40 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
