Shipping Assistant

Description

The shipping assistant oversees the processes involved in shipping products or materials from the company's inventory to customers. They receive shipping orders and then locate the required products in inventory to fulfill those orders, record the outgoing items, and handle packaging. Once completed, they assist in loading the products onto trucks or other transport vehicles for final dispatch to customers. Depending on the work location, they may also undertake tasks related to document organization, truck tracking, etc. Daily responsibilities include: * Invoice verification * Product sorting * Recording of goods receipts or shipments * Filling out spreadsheets and ERP systems * Assisting with loading and unloading transport vehicles * Packaging Must be responsible, committed, and capable of working effectively in a team. Minimum six months of verifiable work experience is required. Mandatory requirement: Must reside near the company premises. Education: Completed high school. Employment type: CLT (Permanent) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break.
