Support the logistics and HR teams Operational, proactive, and dynamic. job\_description Assist in shipping and warehouse activities and routines (receiving, shipping, and replenishment), performing full inventory control and organization. Responsibilities * Pick items by wave and verify invoices according to shipment type; * Distribute goods by recipient and shipment method; * Monitor and perform deliveries and replenishments at internal and external sales points; * Assist in inventory control and counting; * Package and label products, and annotate codes on boxes when necessary; * Count order volumes daily; * Distribute cargo weight according to each vehicle's capacity limit and monitor product loading; * Support logistics-related activities; * Dispatch shipping correspondence; * Organize the warehouse layout, shelves, and physically label products with tags; * Generate purchase orders related to service invoices; * Receive suppliers; * Act as an HR facilitator, supporting department employees; * Register suppliers in the system and verify and file their documentation; * Request invoices, bank slips, and supplier declarations as needed; * Sort, organize, and group products, pallets, and equipment; * Support the logistics team in document filing and organization, and assist in shipping and unloading operations; * Promote 5S to maintain and care for environments, equipment, materials, methods, measurements, and people; * Participate in trainings, meetings, and job rotation programs; * Participate in inventory counts of materials and products; * Control and manage personnel access and attendance within the warehouse; benefits Benefits * Psychological Assistance * Day Off * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Well-being and Health Program
