Job Summary: Grupo SADA is seeking a professional to create and automate spreadsheets, generate managerial reports, and manage various logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES * Create, automate, and update spreadsheets; * Issue managerial reports containing information on shipping, inventory, and production; * Submit general purchase requests; * Renew employee access permissions; * Grant trailer access permissions; * Grant visitor access permissions; * Request parking permit stickers; * Enter vehicle locations into the system; * Control manifests via their delivery protocol; * Organize vehicle return to production upon request from Quality; * Maintain workplace hygiene and safety, as well as organization, control, and maintenance of company assets EDUCATION: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree KNOWLEDGE: Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite), Driver's license category "B". TRAINING/COURSES: Onboarding training and area-specific procedure training Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
