Barueri \- SP Presential 1 Position Effective \- CLT Supervisor Full time **Job Opening \| Laboratory Coordinator – Immunochemistry** Barueri – Alphaville/SP We are seeking an analytical, leadership-oriented, results-driven professional to serve as Laboratory Coordinator in the Immunochemistry area. If you have experience in laboratory management, process monitoring, and team development, this opportunity may be for you! Key responsibilities: * Coordinate daily operations of the Immunochemistry department; * Ensure compliance with laboratory technical and operational procedures; * Monitor performance, productivity, and quality indicators; * Manage the team, including scheduling, training, and staff development; * Provide technical support and resolve non-conformities; * Ensure adherence to quality, biosafety, and good laboratory practice standards; * Interface with internal departments for operational alignment and continuous improvement.
