Integration between technical and business teams for operational efficiency Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM methodologies; * Prior experience with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle); * Previous experience with monitoring and KPI management is a plus; * Familiarity with supplier management and/or War Rooms for high-criticality incidents is desirable; * Willingness to work in Piracicaba/SP under a hybrid model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote), following the UK workweek (44 hours per week).
